During this session, you'll read a classic case in advance and then, with the faculty's guidance, discuss why Alibaba chose New York instead of Hong Kong for its IPO and learn how to raise fund via an IPO and the differences between the Hong Kong and New York stock exchanges as Smith EMBA students.
