The EMBA lecture showcase focuses on equipping business leaders with the skills of conducting performance feedback effectively. Professor Gilad Chen will facilitate the discussion on the importance of providing feedback to employees through a properly managed appraisal session, and foster open communications to eliminate the unintended negative consequence.

Dr. Gilad Chen is the Robert H. Smith Chair in Organization Behavior, at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. He received his doctoral degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from George Mason University in 2001. Professor Gilad Chen is currently teaching the Smith EMBA program both in China and the U.S.

Gilad Chen博士是马里兰大学史密斯商学院组织行为学系主任。他于2001年在乔治梅森大学获得工业/组织心理学博士学位。Gilad Chen现在为马里兰大学在美国及北京校区的EMBA学员教授全球思维领导力课程。
