Smith Insight: Cohort 7 Capstone week in U.S. 马里兰EMBA七班美国游学-D

After 18 months’ commitment of non-stop study journey, September 20th, 2015 University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business Leadership EMBA China Program cohort 7 students has arrived in College Park, Maryland for their 1 week Capstone Course.

经过十八个月风雨无阻的学习历程，2015年9月20日马里兰大学史密斯商学院领导力EMBA中国项目七班的同学抵达马里兰大学本部，开始为期一周的毕业游学总结课程。

Day 1, before orientation and welcome dinner, they took a tour to the campus.

第一天，在欢迎晚宴之前，同学们参观了马里兰校园。

5:00 pm, joined by the faculty and staff of the University of Maryland Leadership EMBA programs, the students again met their teachers whom they have been missing for a welcome reception dinner.

下午五点，和马里兰大学史密斯商学院领导力EMBA的教职人员一起，六班的学生们又再一次见到了他们想念已久的老师们，并一起共进欢迎晚宴。

After an easy and relaxing first day, classes started by Dr. Anil K. Gupta who is one of the "Top 50 Thinkers Worldwide" and a guru of global busienss strategy and innovation.

经过了轻松的第一天，为期一周的总结课程开始啦！课程由“全球五十大商业领袖”及公司战略和创新的大师——Anil K. Gupta 教授拉开帷幕。

After lunch, cohort 7 presented their Action Learning Projects in 5 teams.

午饭过后，7班同学分五组汇报了他们行动力学习项目的成果：

Project: Provide solution to help Ameco (Aircraft Maintenance & Engineering Corporation) improve sale process to adapt new managerialresponsibilities of the organization

Project: Provide HR total solutions for internet startup companies accordingto their different development stage.

Team 3

Member: Edith Zhao, Maggie Huang, Lily Jiao

Project: Provide solution to CEPITS to transformating their busienss from traditional travel to experience experience provider of sports related travel products

Team 4

Leader: Mark Chinaloy

Member: Hongmei Li, Shannon Fagan, Sunny Sun, Charles Green

Project: Provide solution to Wine Owners Ltd to build a market entry strategy for China.

Team 5

Leader: Shumin Zhang

Member: Yubin Ma, Junxi Zhang, William Zhu

Project: To design and produce health care wearable devices and smart home system

In the evening, they met with MBA and Ms students of Robert H. Smith School of Business' domastic programs to exchange experiences and innovative business ideas. At the same time, they enjoyed dinner together.

傍晚，七班的同学们和史密斯商学院本土MBA和研究生项目的学生见面，相互交流工作经验和创新思维。与此同时一起享用了美味的晚餐。

After a long day they'd better have a good rest tonight! Because tomorrow, they are gong to Washington, D.C.!
