Leading and Managing with A Global Mindset
Mid to senior level executives managing in a global context.
WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT?
The premier assessment tool developed by Global Mindset Institute helps determine a leader’s ability to better influence individuals, groups and organizations unlike themselves. The science-based framework helps participants measure their own profile through the Global Mindset Inventory.
Work with an experienced executive coach and faculty member on your individual strategy and action plan to enhance your global leadership capabilities. Receive additional resources, examples, exercises and suggestions tailored to the specific goals you define during the course. Then, change your behaviors by committing to specific, measurable actions between coaching sessions.
ACTION LEARNING PROJECTS (ALP)
Participants work together on a three-month project that puts new skills and techniques learned from Days 1-3 into practice back in the workplace. They present project outcomes to the global consortium programs and senior leadership.
