People and Systems inOrganizations  企业的人力与系统

课程内容：

In this courseyou will explore theories of managing people, individual styles inorganizations, and the combination of corporate culture and structure that willhelp a company to achieve its goals. You will study the dynamics of internalpolitics and how goals are accomplished within an organization. You will havethe opportunity to be successful working in a team environment. You willinvestigate models of leadership, interpersonal communication, diversity, andmanaging change. You will assess your own skills and plan for the future as youapply all of these concepts to the writing of a business plan.
