　　戈尔德施泰因教授（Prof. Gerald Goldstein）简历：1955年生于法国巴黎，拥有法国和加拿大双重国籍。 加拿大麦吉尔大学法学博士（LL.D., McGill）、麦吉尔大学法学硕士（LL.M., McGill）、法国巴黎一大欧共体法特别高级研究文凭获得者（DESS, Paris I）。自1988年起为加拿大蒙特利尔大学教授（Professor of University of Montreal since 1988）。海牙国际法学院2007年夏季讲习班（2007 Summer Session of the Hague Academy of International Law）国际私法特别课程“国际私法上的婚外同居”（La cohabitation hors mariage en droit international privé）主讲人。
