It is really a great pleasure for me to come back to Beijing each year for the MBA program. The group of students is always motivated, participative, and they manage to work hard while keeping their sense of humor and a highly friendly atmosphere. The discussions and debates about HRM in Europe and in China are interesting and stimulating, based on analytical tools, theoretical frameworks and practical case-studies. 20 years is a so beautiful and magical age! I am convinced that the program still has its best days ahead. So, long live to the MBA Program!
